Laptop computers for PLC

Hello,
I need a new computer that has XP Pro with serial port, PCMCIA Type 2, ethernet port, USB 2.0, plenty of RAM, plenty of hard drive space, and fast processor for design and software developement. Does any one have a good solution to this problem?

I haven't seen a laptop with a serial port in a long time now, plus I doubt you'll be able to buy a new one that has XP on it, all of them will have win7, you'll have to reinstall on your own probably.
