I'm guessing from the way you've asked your question that you have
downloaded the PC version. And you expect you can play the PC version
on the Pocket PC.

Sorry, but that's not going to work : Pocket PC is not capable of
running software for Desktop PC's, it's a different technoology. So
you need to download programs which are for your Pocket PC, not for
your Desktop. The link at the top of this message is for Age of
Empires for PPC.
