A7V600 motherboard continuous beeps

I am building a system for my 13 year old son. A7V600 motherboard, nvidea7600gt 512meg video, and now 3 X 1gig pc2100 ram. It still gives me the same green light on the motherboard, nothing on screen and continuous long beeps. I tried 2 other types of memory all brand new same thing. So now I am guessing it is not the memory. Can someone help please?

Go to the BIOS maker's website and look up their beep codes.
