I'm having trouble finding a good heatsink for my planned overclocking, and that won't cause problems when trying to fit it into my case. I'm not sure which fans will overlap a DIMM slot or not. Any good things to say about a particular one?

Every HSF is going to overlap one dimm to some extent.
The most important consideration is what type/make of ram you have and how tall it is and the base height of the cooler.

CM Hyper 212+ won't cause alot of issues with most ram and is a great cooler price and performance wise.
Your case will allow any 160mm tall cooler provided the side fan isn't installed.
