I am running this motherboard with the e5200 processor... I had to flash to a modded bios update so it would work and everytime I boot up my pc it tells me CMOS checksum bad... any idea on how I can fix it?

Your board wasn't originally designed for 1333 fsb cpus, so that may be the problem. I would reset the bios by removing the board battery for a few seconds, and replacing (system turned off). Then see if it will post without the error message.

well asrock said the processor was an 800 mhz and should work fine...

You're correct. My bad. I was thinking of another cpu.

Its all good I just rolled back my bios to the 2.30 from asrock and it works fine... I was just worried about it because it wasn't on the supported list but it works and hasn't messed up yet thanks for your help
