Is it ok to change the CPU ??

Hy..
i would like to ask something...hope u guys can help me. . .
if i want to change my processor..can i just change it without doing anything ??
such as reinstall my windows or something like that...
the motherboard and the processor that i want to change is compatible. . .

It can be done but you have to assume you will be doing a total wipe and reload. If you don't prepare for the worst the worst will happen.

Yeah but do a backup first. We don't know what your skill level is and you could screw something up.

Just replacing the CPU you should be fine just doing a drop in, as long as your motherboard and the installed BIOS support the CPU.
