Hey guys, I'm about to purchase a Phenom II x2 3.2ghz 555 Black Edition Callisto along with some G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) ram, and I have about $120 Cdn dollars for a good AM3 Overclock able motherboard with good options and a simple BIOS interface.

I am planning to attempt to open some cores on this phenom or bump the speed a tad at least and I need a reliable mobo to go along with this idea.

Can you guys if you don't mind find me one on for under that $120 price range?

This is what I was thinking about (ASUS M4A87TD EVO AM3 AMD 870 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard) $109.99, it has great reviews, what do you guys think?

Ps. I have never Oc'd before but I hear it can be fairly easy even for newcomers using the phenoms and decent board

Although that board is a great board, spend 10$ more and you'll get a board with 8x/8x under crossfire unlike the Evo which runs CF in 16x/4x. The difference is 8x/8x will be only a 2% difference in performance from 16x/16x why 16x/4x will have a 5%

The mobo i'm talking about is the ASRock 870 Extreme3.

The OCing ability of this board is great for a budget, plus it has great reviews.

Hey man, nice find but I am already going to buy what I stated only because it's going to be pickup from a store near me which is NCIX to avoid shipping fees, otherwise if it was on that site I would consider
