Sims 2: DVD version and the PC CD one

Archived from groups: alt.games.the-sims (More info?)

If your Sims 2 is the DVD version, does your Sims 2 Uni have to also be the
DVD version or can it be the PC CD one? I didn't think to check which one I
was ordering until just now. Looks like the one I pre ordered from EA is the
PC CD one.

There's just one EP which works for both...

I figured since it wasn't going to be that big, they just used CD
instead of DVD. Makes sense!

2 cds actually. But yes, the EP only comes on cd, and works with
either the DVD or CD version of the original.
