Can this MB surports the new AMD 240 CPU ?

I have a MB bellow,

now I want to buy a 240 cpu, but the latest BIOS is the date : 8/21/2008
can I use this CPU ?

As you probably know, the mobo uses the same socket as your planned CPU. So I'm assuming the support's there. You're talking about the Opteron 240 right? When did this processor come out, and what CPU are you using currently?

not the Opteron 240 ,
but the AMD Athlon II ×2 240 , 2.8GHz
