Depends on your budget. I'll list one upgrade example for comparison:

Asrock A790GMH/128M $84.99 plus shipping at newegg.com
Crucial 2x2gb pc6400 $44.99 plus shipping at Fry's.com or $39.99 in stores

thanks o1die.I can't order from newegg :(,cuz i don't have card. And non of them is sold in my buying site.

But i found something like that from website
1)CPU - AMD PHENOM 8750 TRIPLE-CORE 95W AM2+ (near 130 dollars)
2)MB - ASROCK AM2+ AMD770 DDR2 SATA2 GBLAN (has 2 PCI express x16 slots)(price:near 100 dollars)
3)CPU cooler- How can i find that which one fits?
4)RAM - Corsair DDR2 2048MB PC6400 800MHz (price 50 dollars)
5)GPU - ATI HD 4670 1GB DDR3 (115 dollars)
Got 400w psu no need to buy.

Will they all fit together?

Get a dual core, such as the 4850 if you have to pay $130 for an old 8750. The price is too high. Use a retail boxed cpu with 3 year warranty and the amd heatsink, if it comes with one. The am2 770 motherboard should work fine but all you need to do is select "cpu support" on asrock's website to see if your cpu will work. And ask for a better deal on the memory. I got my pny 2x2gb pc6400 for $47.99 before $20 rebate at Fry's. I have used all these brands of memory: crucial, corsair, samsung, kingston, pny, and pqi.

okay new built.found one my country website more:

CPU - ECS K8.C51GM-M AM2 VGA (almost 100 dollars)
CPU cooler - Zalman CNPS7500ALCU LED (cost 40 dollars)
MB - ECS K8.C51GM-M AM2 VGA (cost 60 dollars)
GPU - ATI HD 4670 (115 dollars)
RAM - DDR2 2GB 8500C5 Corsair x2 (so almost 100 dollars)

is this better?fits?

Go with the asrock am2+ 770 board. You can use the tri-core 8750 if it's price is about the same as the 7750, since they both use 95 watts. It's up to you. You can also get by with 2 gigs of corsair memory if you will be using a 32 bit windows operating system. The 32 bit windows operating system recognizes about 3 gigs of memory. If the asrock board has 4 memory slots, you can add more later if you switch to a 64 bit operating system.
