I own athlon 3500+ (939) cpu and I'm thinking to upgrade my PCIe Nvidia 6200tc. What would you guys recommend?

Thanks

Depends on the rest of the PC really.
Whats your PSU like, how many Watts/Amps on teh +12v rail/s
What size/res screen are you using and what games do you want to play.
If its a generic PSU of about 300 watts + and you have up to a 19" screen then a HD4670 would be ok. It dosent need any extra power and will run most games on medium to high settings depending on game and screen size.

9800GT or the 4850 (4850 is faster)

Anything above that would be a waste of money as your CPU is a little underpowered to take advantage of a faster card.

I would highly recommend starting a new build too. Finding a faster processor on the 939 platform would difficult and expensive.

Yes the cards mentioned are faster but its all relative.
Going from a PCIe Nvidia 6200tc to a HD4670 will be a huge differance, the cards easilly handles the resolution in most of the newest games and wont tax the PSU.

Thats my recmendation anyway get a HD4670, it will fit in with what you have and give you a vast improvement in performance.
Oh and if you have 1GB of ram or less i would look to get 2 :)
