Sapphire HD 5670 1 GB DDR5 overcloking - a way to go?

Hello,

Just wondering if it's safe to overclock a Sapphire HD 5670 1 GB DDR5? At least to a 10%. I got a 800W PSU, I think it's enough.

Something I forgot to add. My current GPU temperature is 35-36ºC. This is normal right?
