Can i combine my back up local disc (d) space with my existing local disc (c) sp

Hello,
i initially split my memory space into two local discs (c and D) 180gb on (c) and 39gb on(d) but now i want to combine them to give me more usable mmemory.
is this possiblewithout wiping my existing memory?

Yes. Just use a good partition manager and it will be taken care of. I use Partition Magic and it does it without any data loss.
