Hi guys, I ordered a Phenom II x4 555 Black Edition & some G.skill DDR3 1600mhz Ram and I need help deciding between two motherboards I am stuck on. Both have great reviews I am just wondering which one you guys think is better for friendly Oc'ing and simply Bios layouts as well as performance of course. I am leaning towards the MSI from the reviews, what do you think??

MSI 870A-G54 ATX AM3 870 DDR3 2PCI-E16 CrossFire 1PCI-E1 3PCI SATA3 USB3.0 GBLAN Motherboard

VS
ASUS M4A87TD EVO AM3 AMD 870 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard

Ps. I'm on a budget and this is why it has come down to these 2 boards

I've used the ASUS board in 2 different builds now. It's a very good board, but has pretty limited options when it comes to overclocking. I mean it had all the basics, but nothing to right home about. I've never used the MSI board so I can't really compare, but I would take a wild guess that it would be better than the ASUS.

Can anyone else confirm?
