Monitor went blank!!!!

Greetings community,
I have created a problem by mistake and I am hoping that you can help me, I was trying to adjust the resolution of my desktop high and I set it too high, in doing so the monitor went blank and only massage that I can see was that (“ input not supported”)
I tried to reboot in the safe mode but that didn’t help, then I tried to reboot from the last good figuration and that didn’t work ether, any solution to this problem would be greatly appreciated

Register or log in to remove

boot in safe mode and try reinstalling your video adapter, that should reset it to defaults hopefully

if not maybe someone could tell you how to edit the registry to adjust resolution, since I personally don't know
