My First OC Help?

Okay, I just got my H50 cooler, and I wanted to OC. So, I have an i7 860 inside a MSI P55m GD-41, so I go into the cell menu, change some settings, then change the FSB and OC to about 3.7. I start up, see the temps, run prime95, see temps, it's all good, go into CPU-z, and it says my CPU mutliplier was 22! I set it to 20, so I don't know what happened. While testing out some games, I go look at it now and it says the multiplier is 9. And that means it's underclocked. However, my temps are staying the same! Does this mean I forgot to change a setting? Is it auto changing the multiplier? Or is the board just confused, I don't know it's my first OC D:!

May be you can from bios. Try looking.

I'm pretty sure I disabled that, because it was in the video I was watching, I'll go check again in a few
