Gigabyte GA-MA790FXT-UD5P VS Crosshair 3

So this weekend ill be building a new PC and I cant decide what board to use. Ill never use the onboard sound on the gigabyte but love the x-fi card that comes with the crosshair 3 along with the led post. I just dont want to kick myself later for not getting the better board for only a $20 price dif. So any input would be great .

Parts ill also be getting

Phenom II 955
2x1gb ocz platnium

Parts I have from computer now
xfx 9600gt ( I know both are crossfire boards )
600 watt coolmaster psu

If the price difference is $20 go for the ASUS model u will get the x-fi sound card too
