Ok i guess you looking for a cheapo AMD HTPC possibly to do blue ray on the integrated video right? Some notes:

1. DDR2 1066 will downclock to 800 unless paired with an AM2+ chip so with a 5600+ brisbane just go with a 800

2. Why not get an mATX 780G/GF8200/8300 and a nice shoebox/mATX casing so it's portable to move from LCD monitor to TV (if applicable hehe)

3. Ok some peeps may go ballistic at your choice of PSU+casing but some of them run a 1KW nuclear plant in their rigs i.e way over estimate power requirements but since i do up IGP rigs a lot: understand that the PSU that came with the case is fine if strictly on integrated video else even with a GF8600 or older GF7800/Radeon 1800 you'd be looking for a PSU upgrade ^^

Hoped i helped!

Quality of PSU is as important as size. That PSU is crap. If you like the case, buy it with no PSU and add a 300W Seasonic. If you want a case that comes with a good quality PSU, look at the Antec NSK series.
