Usb hard drive size is not smaller than actual size

Hello,
i deleted the logical partition of my external hard drive and now i cant restore the original capacity of the entire disk drive with one partition.

Did you buy one of those 128GB USB drives at a price that was "too good to be true"? Some people got conned and discovered that it's not really 128GB - the vendor had created a corrupted partition table that made it LOOK like 128GB.
