New System Build Running but !!

Hi Guys/Girls

I have recently built a new computer that i think is quite nice but im not sure its running to it's maximum performance and was hoping you could help. I dont really want to overclock this system but i think it should be giving me better 3dmark06 scores than what it is, which is 11295marks.

any help you guys could give me would be greatly appreciated .

The system i have is as follows:

:INTEL Core 2 Quad Q6600 2.4GHZ 95W

:XFX nForce 780i MCP SLI FSB1333Mhz DDR2 GLan Intel

:Antec TruePower 850W Quattro ATX Power Supply w/EPS 12V

:XFX GeForce 9800GTX+ 512MB 738MHz D3 PCIe 2.0

:Corsair TWIN2X4096-8500C5DF 4GB (2x2GB) PC-8500 (1066Mhz)

Your system is somewhat cpu bottlenecked. You should be able to easily overclock it to 3.0 -3.2ghz and it will help quite a bit.

I'm running something similar and I'm getting 14,300-14,500 in 3dmar06.
Abit IP35PRO
Q6600 3.6Ghz on air
WD7500AAKS
Corsair XMS 2 PC 6400 4-4-4-12 4x1024
BFG GE Force 8800GT OC2
750 PSU (Came w/ case)
Zallman CNPS 9700 LED

Your score isn't too far off, my friends pc had a stock q6600 and an 8800gt and only got 11.5k. OC your cpu and you'll see quite an increase (like orangegator said).
