I have decided to go for a new Mobo after encountering numerous problems with the present one.My budget is Rs 10,000 INR(approx 210 US $)
However many things have to be kept in mind before settling on a board. In decreasing order of importance, these are:
1)Should have at least two PCI-E 16X Slots.
2)The PCI-E slots should be as far away as possible from the SATA ports and other important connectors(My first board MSI P7NGM Digital was rendered useless as my huge Graphics card had physically covered all the SATA Ports)
3)Should support at least 8GB of DDR3 RAM(if it crosses my budget, then DDR2 will do).
4)Should have at least Intel P35 or P45 or later generation chipsets(See sig for my other config)

Also please suggest a suitable UPS,mentioning Power in VA and brand.
Thanks
1) Two pci-e x16 slots are not that important . Two x8 slots will show only a few % difference in FPS when using a pair of 4870X2 class cards.
Your E7300 will have a hard time driving even a single 4870X2 to capacity.
2) Look for a mobo with side mounted sata ports. The asus p5q premium that starams5 suggested would be good. They will not interfere with even the longest vga cards.
3) Cpu performance is not very sensitive to ram speeds.
If you look at real application and game benchmarks(vs. synthetic tests),
you will see negligible difference in performance between the slowest DDR2 and the fastest DDR3 ram.
Perhaps 1-2%. Not worth it to me.
Don't pay extra for faster ram or better timings unless you are a maximum overclocker.
For your requirements you are not going to improve on you existing board with your budget. You need to invest in some right angle sata connectors. This will solve the sata problem with the video card.
