looks kind of like it's overheating and producing artifcats on the screen. try re-installing the cooler.

Already tryed this, but problem is not there :/ I think it`s VRAM problem :/ Any suggestions how to try test VRAM? I tryed ATItools but after 20min there was no errors (scan for artifacts) I know that sometimes artifacts is producing when people is trying to overclock their video cards, but my video card has never been overclocked :/ Does software can be guilty? (sory for mistakes, i think u understand me :))

Try reseating your main memory sticks and the card, also check the connections on the card itself to make sure they are clean.

It is either getting hot, or you have damaged the card when you installed the new cooler.
