CPU not running at full speed? [Picture]

Hey guys,
I just recently got a new motherboard (downloaded the drivers), and slapped in a new processor.

When I ran the Intel Processor identification I got the following result:
Why is my actual speed differing from the stated speed? Is this normal? If it's not normal, how can I adjust the speed to the standard speed?

Thanks for the help!

More about running full speed picture
  1. Check the bios for 'cpu multiplier', and set it to 10. looks like it's 9 at the moment since the bus speed is reported correctly at 333 (1333 effective)
  2. I'll go ahead and change that. Thank you for helping me out, I appreciate it!
