I have a PC power and Cooling silencer 750 watt, and when I turn it on the MOBO lights up (All I have in is MOBO and case fans) but the fans don't spin, so I plugged in a flash drive and it light up, I have my 24 and 8 pin connected. What's the problem?

Try connecting the video card, hard drive and optical drive. Some higher wattage units won't run with a very small load.

All you have in is the mobo and case fans? Meaning no cpu, video, HD, ram?

i have them they are not connected. As I said, there's a power light on on the mobo.

Try connecting everything and listen for beep codes. Does the psu fan spin when you turn it on?

No PSU fan does not spin and I do not have a case speaker

What kind of board do you have? It should either have a mobo speaker or a LED bracket. Some psu's can be switched on, but you have to turn on the tower to activate it. Meaning you need the front panel wiring hooked up.
