Windows xp/ Malware in Registry

I have two different malware programs installed in my registry. one is called wblogon, and the other is ASpyC. i have run both malwarebytes and spybots. malwarebytes picks it up, but when i choose to remove them, they appear a few days later. spybots does not pick these up. any suggestions would be helpful

restart your machine, during bootup repeatedly hit F8, once the menu comes up select safe mode with networking. Once the bootup finishes, update malwarebytes definitions and run a full scan.

I'd also recommend getting an antivirus program
Free anti-virus:

-AVG
-Microsoft Security Essentials
