Question about UD5

I have a question regarding the Gigabyte UD5 motherboard. I'm thinking of buying this as part of a new Core i7 PC, but still running windows XP pro 32bit for now.

I need to use a PCI slot for the soundcard and I'll be using it as a DAW, so realtime low latency performance is important.

Whilst it has 2 pci slots, the one closest to the main PCI Express slot for the graphics card will get eaten up by the heatsink on the graphics card, which means I'll pretty much have only once choice of slot, the other PCI slot further down the board.

So my question is basically this. What IRQ if any does that particular PCI slot share with other devices on the board?.

If it happens to share the IRQ of the graphics card then this would be a no-go for me as that will affect its performance.

So can anyone out there that's bought a UD5 and has used the PCI slots please say what other devices on the motherboard they share their IRQ numbers with under windows XP?

Thanks
