My computer wont boot up and clicking noise

Hello,
My computer will not bootup and just displys a blue screen with PAGE FAULY IN NON PAGED AREA partmgr.sys and (oxfa1364ab) and theres a clicking noise coming from the computer....help please

'Clicking noises' are generally early warning indicators of impending hard drive failure. Take steps to replace the drive as soon as possible.
