Does it cost to sent a numeric page using Cingular when you don't have any
Media or data packages?

AFAIK there is no numeric paging as such. It would be an SMS, thus 10
cents in and 10 cents out

I had a plan where I had ALL text messaging removed, as I was gettins
spam aimed at the person who had my number prior. I was still able to
use the toll free paging number, or paging via voicemail at no extra
charge. These were numeric pages only. They appeared on the bill with
no cost for each page.
