Why my guests computer account is not working

Hello,
i can't log into my guest user account,everytime i try it alway say,the user profile service fail the log on user profile cannot be loaded and then it log itself out,can someone please help me fix this problem

Log in as the administrator and check the guests start-up programs, something might be activated/installed and set to start up and they may not be permitted to use it> thus the instant log out... otherwise complete a windows update & Retry
