What resolution?

If you have no desire to do SLI/crossfire, you can save some money by going with a motherboard that doesn't support crossfire.

GIGABYTE GA-EP45-UD3LR LGA 775 Intel P45 ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128368&Tpk=ga-ep45-ud3lr $102.99

You also don't need a 650W PSU for a single GPU. I'd go with either a 450VX or 550VX. If you will send in the rebate, they end up the same price. If you don't do rebates, the 550VX is $10 more.

CORSAIR CMPSU-450VX 450W ATX12V V2.2 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Compatible with Core i7 Power Supply - Retail
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139003&Tpk=450vx $79.99 - $10 MIR

CORSAIR CMPSU-550VX 550W ATX12V V2.2 SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Compatible with Core i7 Power Supply - Retail
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139004&Tpk=550vx $89.99 - $20 MIR

The 550VX is overkill for your system, but a pretty good deal.

I would go with the G.Skill PI Black RAM. I recently have bought a few kits and have been very happy with them. Crucial seems to be struggling with quality lately and the RAM linked above requires 2v vs 1.8v for the G.Skill. The lower voltage rating is a pretty good indication of higher quality RAM.

Don't get a 500GB HD. The 640GB drives are faster due to higher data density and don't cost much more.

+1 to the 4850 recommendation.

K thanks for all your help. Ive made a couple of changes and price went down a bit, and i think you guys got me better performance too.

I have 1 more question kinda unrelated. When i get this comp im giving my old build to my brother. I was thinking of upgrading teh stock cooler to the freezer 7 pro also and am not sure if it will fit. Its a sonata III case i think should fit in that. But the board is a gigabyte p35-ds3l(Might be the Ep35 ds3l im not exactly sure. Few things looked wrong on the p35) and looks kinda tight. Anyone know if it will fit?
