WaterCooling need help

Hey i purchased a second hand watercooling kit and replaced all the necessary parts eg. hoses and fittings but im not sure what liquid im supposed to fill it with would be appreciated if any1 knows what i need and where to buy it preferably online thanx

Distilled water and a biocide/algeacide ( PTNuke ) or Silvercoil
