Dx 10.1 not displayed

Why doesn't Vista x64 SP1 doesn't show DirectX as Version 10.1 with HD4800 series GPU...?
In CPU-Z also not showing as 10.1

Does any one have Dx 10.1 displayed anywhere?

Nope. I have Vista and a 4870x2, and it just says DX10. DX10.1 works though - I've tested it.

How'd you make sure 10.1 is working???

I used the ATI DX10.1 demo (the Ping Pong ball demo). It's fairly fun to mess with too
