Acer laptop aspire 4736

Hello,
when i start my laptop....in the starting it shows some options.....like safe mode, last unknown confriguration, and start window normally......whatever i choose .it start but after some few seconds a blue screen with some text comes and it again restarts......what happened plz help me

do you have any bootable cd?by the way,what type of operating system do u use?i assume you are having with your Windows?must be a startup problem...is it Vista?
