Phoenix Pro not Detecting... 'Unknown Device' Tags: SSD Phoenix Devices Storage Last response: August 20, 2010 9:52 PM in Storage Share Vinceisg0d August 20, 2010 7:34:56 AM =/ After all that debating I am unable to detect my Phoenix Pro. It was working and I went to update the firmware here: http://www.gskill.us/forum/showthread.php?t=5684 During the update (well, as I clicked on the update button) it froze. I am now unable to see it in windows or the BIOS. I do see it as "Unknown Device" in device manager though. What can I do to get this drive back? Check with the product support from the company to see what you can do. Vinceisg0d August 20, 2010 9:52:03 PM I fear that is true, going to RMA it unless there are any better ideas.
