Phoenix Pro not Detecting... 'Unknown Device'

After all that debating I am unable to detect my Phoenix Pro. It was working and I went to update the firmware here:

During the update (well, as I clicked on the update button) it froze.

I am now unable to see it in windows or the BIOS. I do see it as "Unknown Device" in device manager though.

What can I do to get this drive back?

If you had an issue with the firmware update, it could easily have made the drive unusable. Check with the product support from the company to see what you can do.

I fear that is true, going to RMA it unless there are any better ideas.
