Rosewill PSU's are a bad idea. You'll want a PSU from a reliable manufacturer like Corsair, PC Power & Cooling, Antec, etc... Here's a few options:

Microcenter has that CPU for $230. Use the savings to buy a Scythe Mugen 2 CPU cooler and MX-2 thermal paste and then you can OC your CPU to get its full potential.

The 640 and 1tb versions of that Drive are faster, so look at those instead.
