Raid Migration Tags: NAS / RAID RocketRAID Hard Drives Rosewill Storage Product Last response: August 20, 2010 2:39 PM in Storage Share tomwaddle August 20, 2010 2:05:04 PM Hello everyone, I have a raid 5 running off a RocketRaid card. The raid is on two Rosewill port multiplier cases: the RSV-S8 and the RSV-S5 (links are below). The S8 is full; the S5 has two empty bays. With everything turned off, can I take 2 hard drives from the S8 and move them to the S5 without destroying the raid? If your data is more important to you than that guess, I'd bounce that kind of question off of the vendor for a better answer though. m 0 l Can't find your answer ? Ask !
