I'm looking to get some extra performance from my Intel C2D Conroe E6300. Currently it's housed in a very very bad HP box with a crippled Asus motherboard. (The computer was a free replacement for a 3 year old custom built computer from futureshop which broke down 1 too many times). Anyways I'm looking to get some extra juice out of the computer.

I want to keep the case, my 550W Antec PSU and the 9800 GT I've got inside it. While replacing the 2GB DDR2-533 RAM, motherboard and CPU fan for overclocking purposes.

Unfortunately I have no idea if it's even possible to find a sub-$100 (Canadian) so lets say 85 USD, microATX board that also has decent overclocking options. Any brand or chipset advice that could point me in the right direction would be great.
