hello. i have windows XP SP3 as well as vista sp1

i also have this ati radeon HD 4850 card...

my problem is that i notice faintly a ghosting/shadowing image with everything... its as if the screen isnt alligned properly... tried looking around in the catylyst to see if there was anything...

how to better explaing it is like in this text box im typing in... the black letting on the white it shows the most to where every letting has like a faint transparent shadow of itself to the right like a pixel.

not sure why or what... but its definetly not the tv... and it doesnt do that on vista either...

yes ive updated all drivers... no changes since.. it just started to become more noticable after hours and days....
