Hello and welcome to the forums :)
Well timings are mainly important of u want to OC,the difference between DDR2 667 and DDR2 800 isn't noticeable.
So 8GB will give u better performance

Are you going to be using this memory with a 32-bit OS or a 64-bit OS?

If you are staying with a 32-bit OS and don't plan on moving to 64-bit then 4GB will be sufficient.

If you are using a 64-bit OS or are planning to move to a 64-bit OS then I would recommend 8GB.
