Hi

i got 2 new GB of ram for my desktop and put them in their slots but when i turn the PC on, the monitor is blank and all i hear is a slow beep beep beep constantly.
i really need help

What motherboard do you have and what is the make and part number of your memory modules?

The series of slow beeps is an indication of a seroius memory problem.

What happens when you put your old memory back?

what mb
what memory brand, type, size, how many sticks
using old and new memory or just new
if using old all the info for the old stuff to
