Asus P5B Deluxe/WiFi-AP and Radeon HD 4890

Hi, I am new here. I have Asus P5B Deluxe/WiFi-AP motherboard and I am planning to buy a Radeon HD 4890 graphics card. Does my motherboard support that graphics card or not? Or what graphics card is the best for Asus P5B Deluxe/WiFi-AP? I really thank you for your answers from now on.
