GPU upgrade in a tight budget

hi there, i'm new in this forum. my pc -


Intel Core 2 Duo E6600
GIGABYTE INTEL G965 Mainboard
2GB DDR2 800 RAM
GIGABYTE ATi Radeon X1650 XT 256MB
Onboard Sound
400 Watt PSU
Windows XP SP3


i'm looking forward to upgrade my gpu for occasionally play the latest first person and third person titles (specially crysis, f.e.a.r. 2, gta iv, assassin's creed, dead space, far cry 2 and the wheelman) in 800x600 or 1024x768 resolution, turning sound, A.I. and physics at max, AA to off, IQ to medium or high (of course not to very high), and in DX9 mode. so which of the following gpu will suit me best (or something other) ?

i want to tell you guys that i'm in a extremely tight budget and i can't decide which one to pick but i'm thinking about radeon 4670. What do you guys say ?

HD4830 and 8800/9800GT are the best cards you list but if your 400watt psu is not a quality one I would say hd4670
