Help, I' am planning to get this Palit GTX 285 1GB card but i just can't seem to find ANY reviews about this card. I need to know about this card have any heat and noise issues before grabbing one.

the card is great! i have it on my system!(along with i7 920 , p6t deluxe v2 , muskin 6gigs 1600, tagan 1000w psu haf 932) i run resident evil 5 benchmark in 189 frames(1680x1050 aax8) and all this with no noise! temeratures idle 47c and load 59c!!!!! i bought it for 365 euros! how match does it cost in your country?????

Umm, this thread is a bit old. I hope he has already bought the card if he is going to. Glad it works well and you like it though.

the problem was that i saw the date and didint realise that was old! i live in europe(greece) and we use date-month-year and not month-date-year........ anyway i hope he did bought the card.......... thanks for reminding........

Palit is a cheap brand. I won't be surprised if it dies in a few months. There have been some very bad reviews on Palit cards.

No problem. I forgot all about the reversed date thing. It would be nice if they wrote the actual month in, because without that I don't see any way to tell the difference. Sorry if my first post sounded rude.
