Whats the best 1TB Drive to install a OS to? (Performance Wise)

Whats the best Internal 1TB Drive to install a OS to (Performance wise)?
As the Primary HDD in this PC is on its way out

Anyway I was looking into buying a WD10EARS Drive, But after reading more into that drive I am glad I have not. As it doesnt seem a very good Primary drive.

So basically what are the best Internal 1TB Makes/Drives out there for sale at the moment (cheaper the better) that would be suitable to install a windows 7 64bit OS onto?

Basically you want to go for one of the 7200rpm drives and avoid the "green" drives, since those drives sacrifice performance in order to save power.
