OeUSB2.0 des not properly function

Hello,
One of my notebook USB2.0 ports is frequently not functioned properly. It will not detect the devices which I plug in it.

Go to Control Panel ---> Administrative Tools ---> Computer Management ---> device Manager. Look for "Human Interface Devices" and disable it. Shut down the computer. Restart the computer and connect the USB device. You will see a message saying "Found new hardware" and Win 7 will install the device.

If this doesn't work, you may have a defective USB port. Try using the other USB port if you have another. Unfortunately, USB ports don't do very well for repeated plugging in and unplugging.
