Pentium 4 overclock

ok i have an old P4 2 GHz wich i want to overclock... But i can't find any overclocking options in the BIOS.... Can anyone please tell me how to overclock it by ClockGen or something? :kaola:

Oh yes and i have a Gigabyte GA-8STXC MoBo and a P4 Northwood socket 478 i think...

Go into the BIOS. You may be able to overclock it by raising the FSB from 100 MHz to 133 MHz. I OC'd a 2.0 GHz P4 Celeron that way once.

I also OC'd an E6600 Conroe from 2.4 GHz to 3.0 GHz in an ECS board the same way.

As told, i cannot find any settings like that the closest i can get is CPU fan speed
