Do I have room to O/C with these temps?

My i5 2500k is currently running stock speed (3.3 - 3.7 ghz), and runs 63c - 65c under a full load and 40c - 45c idle with the stock Intel heat sink. Do I have room to safely overclock? If I don't I guess my answer would be to get an aftermarket heat sink to slap on the CPU. I would like to get a nice aftermarket CPU heat sink, but them suckers are huge! I'm not really a fan of liquid cooling, mainly since I am on a budget. Any recommendations on a heat sink and thermal paste? I have an ATX motherboard, specifically an Asus P8Z68-V LX with all ram slots occupied. Aftermarket CPU's are known to extend over empty RAM slots :(

Thank you as always ;)

How bad is stock? So bad that i bolted an old core2 e6600 heatsink and got better temperatures :)

If you have room, a 120mm based heatsink will be better, but for space most heatsinks with a 92mm fan based heatsinks will work as well.

Thanks for the reply,

I have a Full Tower - ATX Azza Hurrican 2000R (http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=41026&CatId=1510), and 4 sticks of 4gb Corsair Vengeance (http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=40739&Sku=C13-5720).

I should mention that I use my PC for gaming.

Thanks for the reply,

I'll look into the 80mm heat sink, thanks again.
