There are several problems with that.

First, the Skulltrail board has LGA 771 sockets, while those are LGA 775 CPUs. They won't fit. Second, skulltrail is a waste of money anyways - just get an i7 rig, unless you really are running things that benefit from massive quantities of threads. Then, wait for dual socket i7. That RAM wouldn't work with skulltrail either (it needs FB-DIMMS). Basically, get a standard desktop board - it will work far better.
