Overclocks for 5870?

MSI Afterburner cant go over 900 -_-

so I'm wondering what you all are getting with the 5870 ? core and memory freqs

I don't think it can go over 900 becuase its locked at 900.

That doesn't seem right, i've heard of some 5870 users hitting 1XXX on the core clock. If 5870's are locked then 5850's shouldn't be able to OC to 1000 because then it just equals 5870s. My 5850 950/1205 clocks = practically a stock 5870. Have you enabled EnableUnofficialOverclocking under ATIADLHAL? in the MSIAfterburner.cfg?

Your 5870 should clock higher than that , my 5850 tops those clocks . Use msi afterburner and as stated make sure you enable unofficial overclock in .cfg and all should be sweet =)
