45C Load as 3.6ghz OC /w PII x4 955 BE

Hi guys I'm new to overclocking but as the title states are these temps normal at a 400mhz overclock? I am using stock cooling but I mounted 2 big ximatek 140mm fans around the cpu if that even helps. I didn't think I could even push it this far.Currently I am about 37-38C Idle and have reached 46C while playing sc2. Should I keep pushing or is this a good stop point for stock cooling on the Phenom II x4 955 BE? I have read people oc'ing with stock heatsinks up to 3600mhz but their temps were wayyy higher, just wondering what to do. Thanks
